Party Dude Parties Terms & Conditions




  1. Party Dude Parties -Kevin Jarvis- is covered with Public Liability Insurance. 

  2. Party Dude Parties -Kevin Jarvis- has a fully enhanced DBS check. 

  3. Party Dude Parties -Kevin Jarvis- is a qualified first aider including Defibrillator awareness 

  4. All electrical equipment is brand new and,or PAT tested to comply with health and Safety regulations. 

  5. In case of an emergency, at least one other adult must be present at all times in the room where the party is taking place. 

  6. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the party venue and room that is booked is a safe environment for such an event. 

  7. The Party Dude reserves the right to cancel an event upon arrival should they deem the venue or area unsuitable or unsafe.

  8. The Party Dude accepts no responsibility for any damage to venues. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure children do not damage or deface the venue during a Party Dude party. 


Payments and Bookings


  1. All bookings are subject to availability.

  2. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed Party Dude booking form and non-refundable booking fee received via BACS. A booking without one or both of the aforementioned is only classed a provisional booking and can be replaced by a confirmed booking with no notice.

  3. All booking payments are non-refundable, booking fee payment is 50.00 unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. 

  4. The balance of any Party Dude booking is due on the day of the party or in the week before the party

  5. The Party Dude reserves the right to request full payment in advance of the date of the booking. 

  6. A booking is only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation from The Party Dude server no services are booked until receipt of such an email.


Cancellations and Charges 


  1. Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to the date of booking will require a payment of the balance in full.

  2. Any cancellation made within 14 days prior to the date of booking will require a payment of 50% of the balance.

  3. Any cancellation made more than 14 days prior to the date of booking will require no payment of the remaining balance but will forfeit the deposit payment. 

  4. if cancellation is required, at the discretion of  the party dude and the customer, deposit payments may me held and moved to a new date, free of charge ,subject to availability. 


The Party Dude Ltd inflatable equipment hire insurance is underwritten by Faraday (A rated) and administered by Ark Insurance. This includes private hire and hire to licensed premises. This includes 5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance. 

If a member of The Party Dude Ltd team is not present during hire, then a responsible adult (17+) must supervise the inflatable equipment at all times whilst in use.

The hirer will provide an appropriate power outlet  of internal or external for the hired equipment.

The hirer will provide a suitable and secure area for the erection of the inflatable equipment.

The Party Dude Ltd will ensure that inflatable equipment is secured to the ground correctly, as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Once secured, the hirer will not tamper with or adjust the inflatable equipment in any way.

Ensure children and adults are not behaving in a way that is likely to cause injury or distress to others. This includes, but is not limited to, pushing, fighting, colliding and somersaults. 

No person or persons under the influence of alcohol and/or prescribed or non-prescribed drugs or any other intoxicating substance are to use or supervise the equipment.

The consumption of food and/or drink of any sort is not permitted on the equipment at any time.

Adults and Children are not to use the equipment at the same time. Either a group of children supervised by an adult, or a group of adults may use the equipment at any one time. 

No children, unsupervised, must go around the back of the equipment. 

Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems, or any medical condition that may be aggravated by use of the equipment, is allowed on the inflatable equipment. 

Ensure all participants are appropriately clothed to use the equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing socks at all times, removing any loose or bulky jewellery (including necklaces, earrings, watches etc) and pockets are emptied before going onto the equipment.

If equipment is being used at a licensed premise, the equipment must be in a sectioned, fenced or hedged off area away from glass. 

Checklist will be completed upon every hire. 

If at any point the above Terms & Conditions are not met, or any of the above are deemed unsatisfactory by the company, The Party Dude Ltd hold the right to cancel or terminate any hire agreement, with no notice.
